I agree with your assessment of the time...Hi Dave. I agree with your assessment of the time it takes to get on a bike, let alone ride. When I get on a bike, I plan on riding for at least 2 hours, usually longer on the weekends. My girlfriend says she can get the same type of workout in a 30 minute run, which may be true, but she doesn't get to see as much scenery as I do. Personally, I believe time is the main reason why people run as compared to riding a bike.
